Over 200 people, including Nora Cronin staff, families, students (past and present) and our sisters and associates, joined together for a picnic at Mt. St. Joseph on Saturday to congratulate Sister Yliana Hernandez on her retirement from Nora Cronin Presentation Academy. Yliana co-founded the school in 2006 with a dream to give girls from low-income households the tools to grow into the leaders of tomorrow.
This event will become an annual tradition celebrating Nora Cronin Presentation Academy and the continued commitment of the Presentation Sisters to "address the needs of women and children, especially as they are impacted by economic, environmental, and racial inequity."
