Harvesting our Compost

This week we harvested the rich soil that is the result of our composting at Mt. St. Joseph in New Windsor. We are grateful to Associate Julie Pickles who educated us on the process. The soil was put around the trees we planted this summer and will provide a rich source of nutrients for them over the winter months.
