SEEKING PART-TIME MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT
We are actively seeking a part-time maintenance assistant to join our team who can assist with general property maintenance;

• Landscaping
• Painting
• Moving furniture 
• Snow removal
• General knowledge of building & equipment maintenance and operation
• General knowledge of minor electrical & plumbing repairs and carpentry projects, etc.

Under the direction of the maintenance manager, provides assistance in maintaining the grounds, facilities, and equipment in a safe and operational manner.  A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and work attention to detail are the most important qualities needed to support our efforts to maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Must be on call 24/7 when maintenance manager is not available.
